As this market has proven highly lucrative for swing trading, we are adjusting how we report performance. Daily reporting, while fully transparent, can create an incentive to sell high-conviction positions during periods of intraday volatility in an attempt to preserve capital and beat markets for the day.
Going forward, we will report performance weekly rather than daily, allowing us to better align execution with conviction and maximize long-term returns.
Last Month: +35.87% vs SPY +5.26%
YTD: +131.74% vs SPY +11.27%

Macro Discussion

Last week, markets continued their near-vertical move up driven by light inflation data, blowout DELL earnings, and optimism on Iran.
Momentum seems set to continue this week with a number of announcements from NVDA this morning at Computex, the SpaceX IPO roadshow kicking off on Thursday, and the end of the pattern day trader rule on Thursday as well.
The week is light on key economic data and earnings reports which could help to shine a light on the catalysts above. However, signs are emerging that a potential deal with Iran is facing some turbulence which has caused USO to surge back above its 50 DMA this morning. U.S. bonds (as reflected in TLT) is also at a key resistance level. Together, these factors flash caution for markets. Additionally, the moves we are seeing in DELL IBM ARM and other AI-related stocks on Friday and this morning are starting to look reminiscint of the 2000 dot com bubble.
However, even as cautionary signs are emerging, we will continue to ride this bull market until it breaks.
Today’s Signal: 🟢
Trump World
War
🆕Iran: U.S. and Iranian negotiators remain focused on a proposed 60-day extension of the current ceasefire framework, but Trump has not yet signed off on the deal. Reports indicate Trump returned the draft with tougher provisions on Iran’s nuclear material and access through the Strait of Hormuz, keeping negotiations active while the ceasefire largely holds.
🆕Ukraine: The war intensified with Ukraine launching some of its deepest drone strikes yet against Russian energy infrastructure, including oil facilities hundreds of miles from the front. Western allies also continued tightening pressure on Moscow, including new enforcement actions against Russia’s sanctioned oil trade.
🦠Infectious Disease: Global health authorities remain focused on the rapidly expanding Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, with confirmed cases continuing to rise and WHO warning the response is struggling to keep pace. U.S. agencies are also continuing to monitor hantavirus developments following recent clusters and travel-related exposure concerns.
Industry
🆕Nuclear: The Department of Energy yesterday highlighted comments from Energy Secretary Chris Wright made on May 22nd that “multiple next-generation nuclear reactors” are expected to run their full nuclear systems in the U.S. this summer, including projects in Utah and Idaho. The remarks tie into President Trump’s executive orders targeting advanced-reactor criticality by July 4, 2026, reinforcing expectations for an accelerated nuclear deployment timeline.
Prior: Over the past 10 days, the Trump administration has reportedly explored funding mechanisms to accelerate domestic drone production, including support for U.S. drone manufacturers; bipartisan lawmakers moved to codify parts of Trump’s psychedelics executive order into law; the White House launched the new “Trump Accounts” investment platform with Robinhood and BNY Mellon; Trump reiterated strong support for crypto as momentum builds around the CLARITY Act; and he criticized state efforts to restrict prediction markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket, arguing they should remain under federal oversight..
Trade
China: Post-summit U.S.-China talks continued around AI chips, export controls and Taiwan, with both sides signaling the current trade truce remains fragile despite ongoing negotiations.
