Macro Discussion
Markets continue showing impressive resilience despite elevated geopolitical tensions, sticky inflation, and rising Treasury yields, as strong earnings from Walmart, Deere, and NVIDIA reinforce the view that both the consumer and AI-driven growth cycle remain intact.
Beneath the surface, momentum continues improving across semiconductors, software, industrials, and selective small caps, while the Trump administration’s $2 billion quantum computing initiative further strengthens the long-term bullish narrative surrounding strategic U.S. technology leadership.
Although risks surrounding Iran, oil prices, and higher-for-longer interest rates remain key variables to monitor, price action continues suggesting institutions are positioning for continued upside with both $IWM and $QQQ appearing capable of making fresh all-time highs in the near future.
