Significant moves of 10-20% were seen in these names over just a few days. The ECHO/SPCX pair trade also continued to do well, now reaching over a 20% gain in just a few weeks.

Indices performed well yesterday as money rotated sharply into AI infrastructure, space stocks, and drone stocks - just as we predicted. 10-20% gains were common in these sectors.

AI infrastructure stocks such as NBIS MU AAOI and AEHR performed best, reaching moving average resistance levels in a single candle. While RSIs continue to be low in many of these names, we believe the risk reward is not favorable today with oil exploding 4% to new proximal highs, and GOOGL and TSLA earnings after the close.

That being said, the technicals for the beaten up space and drone sectors continue to look extremely bullish and these sectors may buck any downturn in the market today.

We are surprised at the only modest pullbacks in the indices this morning given oil’s sharp overnight move so we advise extreme caution.

The only reason we remain at yellow alert, and not red alert, is due to our bullishiness in the space and drone sectors for today.
