Macro Discussion
Our pivot to a green signal yesterday was the correct one as all major indices broke out into a bullish posture. SPY hit new all-time highs, IWM broke above the 20 DMA, and QQQ broke above its 20 DMA as well. Each sports a low RSI indicating more room to go to the upside.
These breakouts are coming despite rate pressure (TLT still near its lows) and continued unrest in Iran. In fact, Iran attacked a U.S. base in Kuwait yesterday. But the market does not care and we have to respect the technicals.
Notable, as we predicted, there was significant outperformance in the drone and space sectors which continues this morning.
QQQ has room to 710 to 714 area at which point we will re-evaluate, but in the meantime, our green signal continues.
