Our morning note picks of cash, space stocks, and short IWM had mixed results. The short did work as the afternoon progressed but space stocks did not soar yesterday. However, INTC was named a top pick of the day during the Morning Show after a late-breaking catalyst and the stock did move up most of the day resulting in meaningful profits for many community members.

Markets put in a choppy green day yesterday but closed lower than they opened. QQQ and SPY still sit below the key 20 DMA ahead of CPI and PPI Wednesday and Thursday this week. However, curiously, IWM reclaimed the 20 DMA this morning even though interest rates are still a concern as evidenced by the 0.5% drop in TLT yesterday.

The optimism in IWM may be due to an expectation of a near-term peace deal in Iran as USO drops below the 50 DMA this morning.

That being said, we are maintaining our yellow alert signal due to the QQQ and SPY sitting below resistance ahead of multiple risk events this week including the SpaceX IPO on Friday.
