Macro Discussion
The Nasdaq is above its 20 DMA this morning after a 2.5% move yesterday. But more importantly, the high beta sectors of space, drones, rare earths, robotics, and AI infrastructure are back. After weeks of an extended pullback, these sectors are now in the midst of a multi-day rally after being severely oversold.
What’s more, oil, bonds, and major indices are all stable enough to give us conviction that the move will continue.
We are therefore upgrading to a green signal.
